Who is Making the News?

Democrats vs Republicans in Iowa and New Hampshire. Senators Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and Mike Huckabee are now in a race of getting Iowa and New Hampshire's votes!

It's the Democrats (Huckabee, Clinton and more) vs the Republicans (Obama and more) in the race of getting Iowa and New Hampshire. According to last week's poll, more than 37% of the population in New Hampshire wanted Senator Hillary Clinton as their president, however, things made a big turn this week: Obama and Clinton have run into a tie of 33% of votes. Huckabee (or was it Romney?) scored only a low 12% chance.

In Iowa however, Huckabee and Obama were the top candidates. Huckabee and Obama made a huge win with Obama getting a high 38%, John Edwards (a former senator of North Carolina) received a natural 30% and Clinton (current senator of New York) with a pretty good but not the best 29%. However, from now until November 2008, there will be a string of caucuses and primaries.

Next month, a real race between the primaries California, Illinois, and New York will begin. "It's going to be a huge lift off! Personally, I think Clinton is the best; meanwhile others are stringing in on Iowa and New Hampshire (which is 96% white culture), Mitt Romney, Huckabee, Edwards and the rest should set their minds to other caucuses and primaries!" says a local of Virginia.

Crying Scenes & Winning Votes?!

Senator Hillary Clinton is back on her feet regaining 35% votes for the New Hampshire primary. This is one big win for Hillary because she had a crying scene thinking herself qualified as #1. Interview with Katie Milse.

First, Senator Hillary Clinton had lost her win in the Iowa primary and now...New Hampshire, too? Not quite, a few days ago, Clinton had a few crying scenes which were posted on many blogs like blogspot.com. Katie Milse thinks they were not "crocodile tears" but magic Clinton sprayed on New Hampshire to give her her first win ever.

What have you read that other bloggers have said about Clinton?
Katie: Many other bloggers [that I have read] have been quoting her tears to be those of crocodiles. Some others went to far with the offenses [and bad words] but I guess people are really sucking into these political debates and the Race of '08 and I speak for myself to be one as well.

What did you write on your website that is shared from Google Page Creator say about Clinton's big win in New Hampshire?
Katie: I wrote down that she sprayed some magic [literally, she did]. An excerpt from my blog says this: "I imagine Clinton as to be a good fairy with a pure heart and other candidates playing the role of the evil witches and wizards which have captured and brainwashed the ideas of many humans and Clinton's mission is to persuade the brainwashed nation to vote for her and make a change to America."

What do comments on your blog say?
Katie: Some comments are totally offensive so I flagged them but others thought that what I had written was a bunch of idiotism. I don't really mind however, I think that my way of thinking it is realistic and yet to be proved true.

Well, I might know the answer to this question - but - who are you going to vote for?
Katie: Well, [what do you] think?! Hilary of course, however, I am often laughing at other comments made from other Americans that say that "I am tired of a Clinton-Bush dynasty" and, well, to sum it up, I like the idea of having a female president...[but don't mistake me as a feminist!].

Let's start the year with our weekly Readers' Letters.

The first news I read is of politics including the assassination of Benazir Bhutto! I have seen more than 20 news channels giving news of Benazir Bhutto's death and I am sick and tired of this news...can we put the focus screen towards something else like "Disney Movies Promote Smoking for Teens & Children" or something among those lines?

Waa! So many news of Benazir's death!! Does Bookworm have a little bit of information of how she even died (for example, many theories are that her head hit the rally. Please write back...anyone? If you want to write back, go to my journal and look for 2007 Agenda and find the fact file on Benazir Bhutto. Peace :)
